Anyone ever tried doing 2 DNA claims at the same time, with orders from different companies but both using the same courier? Would this lead to issues in the investigations? (same address, name, payment, etc.) Thanks

Yeah, I've done like 3-4 with the same courier around the same time. Not smart, but if its lower value items sometimes they dont even contact the courier during the investigation, they just claim that they do so and just wait a few days for you to call back.
The forum is going downhill.
I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day.
