When looking to LIT a store, what should I be looking for? the fact that they are responsible for returns in the terms and condition or that they give me a pre-label?

^ This.
cool. Normally a pre-label would refer this surely no because it would just get scanned at a post office? or can I still be held liable for that?

Generally speaking, If they provide the prepaid label, they're liable for loss of goods, but be sure to double-check It.
I have taken time to read the entire returns policy and see nothing about liability with returns. The store is SSense, are you aware if they are liable?

Unrelated - I can confirm that SSENSE takes photos when packing orders, which puts a strain on the missing Item, partial and the wrong Item received method.
I haven't dealt with them for quite a while, so without researching, I can't say whether they're liable for loss of goods.
I recall someone in this forum hitting them for Wrong item received in the past month. That was the meth i planned to hit over LIT - LIT was more back up. Has the use of picture when packing been consistent across different SE's with sense?
