I'm not Muslim but I have friends who are.
I can definitely tell you; there is no grammatical error within the Quran (when read as Arabic in its one and only original non-translated form).
Thus literally it's not corrupt.
However it's contents may be.

As someone who has read and analyzed both the Bible and the Koran, I can say with peace of mind that the gods are extremely similar in nature. I would say that, yes, the god of each is the same god. In fact, Jesus is the most quoted prophet in the Koran. Only real difference is that Christians see Jesus as an extension of 'god' whereas Muslims see him as a prophet.
