Respectfully speaking, If you cannot further your research pertaining to HP's billing policy via your own volition, you shouldn't be In the capacity of SE'ing. Period. I can dedicatedly (and literally) spend 10 minutes of online activity and answer your question. But that's 10 minutes of my precious time wasted on futility.

Had you placed your own effort and time into looking it up? Because I've looked and nothing tells me about billing situations and their return policies.
