RE: Documentation from shop #11
hey small update, someone from logitech wrote this:
In order to validate the warranty of your G560 please send us a copy of a valid receipt.
A valid receipt/invoice must be dated and itemized and be from an Authorized Logitech Reseller. Unless further evidence is provided, we cannot proceed with your claim and have no choice but to reject it. If you wish to provide a valid receipt/invoice as requested, we will reopen your claim.

I don’t know why they asked for it if I provided it already. Anybody knows why they want it again and what should I do?

Tell them exactly that ^ You've already provided It.

I don't see why they'd need a duplicate copy.

Okay that's fucking weird. Now the rep wrote me that:

"To further investigate the case, we can offer to pick up the G560 including all the accessories to carry out an analysis. Please note that this analysis may require your product to be disassembled and may render your product inoperable.

By allowing us to pick up your product for analysis (we will provide you with a free UPS printable label, you are consenting to an analysis, which may include disassembling your device and may render your product inoperable. Please note that we cannot consider your claim until we receive and verify the G560. In the circumstance where your package has not been delivered (e.g. lost, delayed, or abandoned), you must file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide Logitech the investigation results in order for Logitech to continue evaluating your claim. We will communicate our findings to you in approximately 10 business days from the day we confirm receipt."

It's totally different rep than the one i was talking to. Why the fuck she needs it back? What should I do?

That's nonsense and In contradiction to what was previously discussed.

Do you have a record of all communications below?
Quote:Today I wrote to US support (no live chat in my country). I was talking to the same guy that wanted documentation. I gave him information list and photo with SN and handwritten ticket number. Claim is approved and I have to wait for e-mail containing replacement details
