...what devices u have attached to a phone or tablet? Ordered some earbuds, got them and connected them to my tablet to try them out. Turned off bluetooth then contacted company to claim DNA. Should I be good or did I mess up?

Have you signed Into any online services such as (for example) iCloud?

Please provide further details of who the company Is, as well as the type of earbuds.

They cannot remotely blacklist the earbuds, nor do they have knowledge of your devices- cell phone, tablet or otherwise.

On the grounds that you have not connected/registered/signed Into any online service, I cannot see how they can trace & Identify the earbuds connected to your phone/tablet. In future, to be on the safe side, be sure to SE first and connect later.

What's the weight of the earbuds?

Product page says almost 11oz... Not sure how much it weighed once shipped. Didn't check the box.

I was thinking of the missing Item method, but either way (net or gross weight) It's too heavy.

In terms of the DNA, It works with just about any Item, but find out who's responsible for loss of goods during shipment.
