Judging a person solely on looks, is never a good idea. Even what a person is wearing can be misleading. Of course, you're gonna know right off that a person likes Dark Souls if they're wearing a Dark Souls t-shirt. But talking to a person is a much easier way of figuring out who they are than anything else.

Not to get deep and shit but i have scars, and honestly i can't judge people on appearance. Yes physical attraction is important too.

Men are visual creatures, we are biased towards looks. With that said it depends entirely on the situation/environment.
If I am dating, looks mostly matter. I do not want an overweight, unhygienic person to bear my child. This says a lot about the motivation of one's self. I don't want a 10/10 model or the most beautiful woman on the planet, but I want someone who proves they take care of their health.
If I were an employer and were interviewing others for a position, looks 100% matter.

I judge people by their behaviour and expressions. Everyone can say if a person is ugly or pretty, but the character is difficult to see, and because of that, I wait until some little interaction with the person to see if it fits in my personality.

I agree with you on this one. Looks do not have to be the determination of of a person's attitude. for me i often look at how they speak, how they stand and how they react. that definitely tells me how to approach them
