Just wanting some advice. Have received a parcel from sports direct that I wish to dna but the proof of delivery photo is of my neighbour taking the parcel in. Is dna a no go on this ? If so is there any other way I can proceed

You can still DNA it, the photo doesn't prove anything. If you get caught with your neighbour afterwards just act dumb

just to update on this I proceeded with eb. As it was a smal item but this failed they have closed the case now after a week of investigating unfortunately

Please elaborate further on the events of the Investigation as well as their decision to decline the claim.

As a last ditch attempt I have escalated it today to a manager and turns out they are going to offer me a replacement or refund!

I ordered 2 t shirts totalling £150 and chose to eb them rather then dna as a neighbour took the parcel in
