Hi, I am trying to SE a metal poster from a website caleld dispalte. The total order value is 75£ and they are responsible for the loss of goods. I am initially thinking of the DNA method or I might try the broken glass / damaged in transit. Any advice would be greatly appreicated.

Try dna and if that doesn't work do the other method you've suggested Smile

I have just been informed that my delivery will be fulfilled by UPS not DHL.
