If you're trying to set up a blog and/or shop for your mods, I'd suggest starting up a Weebly website and using their drag-and-drop site creator. You could even buy a domain and use the domain on your Weebly page. Do this until you find someone skilled enough for what you're wanting.
Good luck!

Are you looking at making a forum or just a website?

Google "SimpleStore". It will take you to a Github repository where you can download it.
It's a basic store which can be run on Github itself (for free) and it's pretty fast since it's based on HTML/JS.
