Hi guys I was wondering if someone could help me, I am looking to SE some bags on dhgate what would be the best method for this? They will definitely come tracked.

Just because the package was delivered and confirmed by tracking, by no means Is It an Indicator that you've personally received It. On these grounds, use the DNA method.
