Basically when you've got the RAT .exe file, You can reverse engineer it to find the IP etc. You'll have to learn Reverse Engineering to do that

First of all,Windows sucks.
It so easy to become infected.
Even if you have Avira/Kaspersky (best Antis for Trojans and Virus from Hacking Tools) and Malware Bytes, you can become infected.
And Even,if you use SandBoxie for every file.

You are exposed with Windows.
Of course,if you dont download something ,you will not be infected.

By using Linux,
you increase your level of Protection.
You cant become infected.

In Windows u should learn to handle the taskmanager.
There u can find processes.
And netstat ist also good tool.

Or u have to start Reverse Engineering.
