Design critique: which version communicates the offer fastest? 3 hours ago

I'd like to compare two creative directions for the same offer.
Version A: minimal layout, one headline, one visual and one call to action.
Version B: more context, supporting details and a stronger demonstration of the product.
My hypothesis is that A will communicate faster, while B may answer more questions. Neither is automatically better without knowing the audience and objective.
If you review designs, what would you evaluate first: message clarity, hierarchy, visual quality, originality or conversion potential?
I'm interested in specific critique rather than just "looks good."
