For starters i got the serial number on the back of my dell monitor, said it doesn't turn on then they say they needing proof with paper so i do that. Think a day later they say they dont have the monitor i have in stock so they're giving me a better one or something? And now im supposed to be receiving the package today but my concern is that im gonna get rebilled and obviously they want the 'damaged' one back so im gonna see if i can either get the ups label from the guy who comes to try and collect my monitor or just keep spamming until they eventually they give me the label hopefully. Always use fake credentials, a VCC and a drop for ARs/AEs.

Correct.

Noncompliance to return the defective unit, will result In rebilling your account.

Take the positive out of the negative - you're now aware of what should be done the next time around.

You can use the disposed of the faulty Item method to circumvent the return.

Adding on to this im supposed to be getting my bose headphones that i se'd a week ago tomorrow so thats good, and plus i just did a se for my turtlebeach headset. For some reason they haven't asked me to send it back and have said they will get me a replacement in 10-14 days but they did ask for proof of serial number and a piece of paper for the rma. So atleast a bit of good news is coming Smile

That Is good news.

The return can be problematic at times, so It certainly makes things easier not having to send It back.
