Hey trying to S/N SE a Dell monitor. While talking to a Dell rep on whatsapp, his line of questioning made me think that he can still that the monitor was indeed connected and turned on.

He was asking what was connected to the monitor, was it connected to the dock etc.

I made up an excuse and bailed before he busted my ass but honestly that surprised me. The fact that the monitor itself is online and traceable.
