They sent proof, only a signature which doesn't match my initials, they don't have a picture of delivery. I'm going to continue.

Update : The refund worked and was refunded £189.50GBP. I claimed there was no picture and that the signature didn't even match my initial (because it didn't) and they said that I could get a replacement, but then I said I'd be on holiday for the next few weeks and wouldn't be able to recieve the package and asked for a refund instead, they agreed.
Anything I say and do here is completely fictional.
