What are banks(debit/checking) that side with customers for chargebacks?

I recently had 1/2 of my credit cards shut down due to a stupid payment that didn't go through. I have shit credit so can't open others.

I have only BofA for a checking right now and they have helped with all my previous chargebacks (only 4 in last 2 years). So I'm looking for others that would also side with me in case of failed Dnas
