I had a overview in your link and yes that is what i'm talking about. Specially the breach clausule and personal data disclosing. This means that any personal data collected in Europe is forbidden to be shared online. A example will be "leaks" or data mining using a application, right?

Depending on the nature of data, leaks are not an Isolated Incident.

I've yet to fully read the article, so I cannot comment on what your asking.

Essencially what i'm saying is a program that requests an email but it doesn't inform about privacy and the email goes to a list and this list is posted online. If it has european users then is breaking this new law. Isnt it?
