what excuse do you have for switching from a DNA to a damaged package?
Usually no excuse is necessary. Most of these reps work from home now and are so lazy they never bother looking at previous reps chat where I tried DNA.
Never underestimate peoples laziness. Just like in science the path of least resistance is what most humans gravitate towards.
Then go with EB method. Why did you have the item delivered to a pickup spot to begin with?
