Obviously it's safer, duh.
To be serious, ideally it's safer because some boxers have access to industry insiders who can add false tracking records.
Okay, I see, but how can you be sure you've come across an insider and not just some clown who's up to no good? If I do it myself and I've mastered the method, what do I risk other than a worst-case failure (which won't do me any more harm than that)? And a boxer will post the FTID from a location other than where I am, so it's also likely to lower my credibility with the company I'm trying to SE, isn't it?
I haven't yet experimented much with FTIDv3 and that's why I'm trying to understand it too, but so far I've only had successes because I'm really rigorous about my method.
And I was wondering what is RTS (i know its return to sender) but what is the difference with a classic ftid?
The difference between FTID and RTS is that FTID uses a return label, while RTS works with the original tracking number. This makes it appear as if the package, sent to you by the seller, was undeliverable and returned to the sender — although you actually received it, but the tracking number shows otherwise.
Currently, doing RTS manually is a costly, risky, and not always effective method, as shipping companies continuously improve their processes to prevent such scenarios. Therefore, purchasing scanning services from a “boxer” is a more efficient and safer option. Boxers have access to the control panel or work with people inside courier companies, allowing them to execute the scan properly.
The only task is to find a reliable boxer. If you dedicate enough time to this search, you’ll succeed!
And the success rate of an rts versus a ftidv3 is that much higher? Is it really worth it?

The advantage of this method is that there are stores that immediately refund the money after the scan is performed, that is, the method takes less time, although I personally use lit/ftid + paypal, I rarely use rts
