If someone from your family or known is signing it and accepting the package, move on. Dont fuck around.
The person will sign it with their real signature, I mean you could say: "I did not accept the parcel, thats not my signature bla bla bla" but they may end up investigating and all that

Whats DNA? Can you explain what this is? I know if there's no signature they won't keep the package in my country.
