The original SE was a warranty claim where I instructed the company I had destroyed goods as it posed a hazard. Company sent a replacement item and onward all details the same as OP.
So there's been no lost item but a destroyed one that was replaced and now I wonder whether or not I should sontinue with DNA for two bites of the same apple.
