They have now asked for a PR report...they have given up on the interview and sending documents when the security and privacy flaws were pointed out to them enough times.

This clearly shows they were bluffing about the documents and Interview.

They have also stated that it will take several weeks for the investigation, so they do everything to put off the claimant and to try and get them to give up the ghost.

Yes, It seems like they're trying to make things pretty difficult.

I don't see how a simple Investigation will take a number of weeks to finalize.
