Purchased a MacBook, thinking about using DNA. It's a old personal account with lots of history, not new.
Signature will be required on delivery.
is DNA the way to go ?

prepare yourself because it's not going to be easy, they're going to ask you for a police report + going to make you wait several weeks while the investigation with the delivery company is done
when the product is expensive (and especially when it is an Apple product), it gets complicated
I would have opted for a FTID + Paypal combo at BestBuy / Waltmart

Anyone familiar with Toronto's PR ?
Filed one online, got report number. But amazon says, the police offer they talk to couldn't my report.
It's the number I got after my report was approved and they said in the email that I can use this report for insurance purposes.

Ive read about people having issues where the police department wont give amazon info about the report over the phone. Why does amazon think this is the customers problem? I think at that point they are deliberately trying to cock block the refund because you are flagged.
