And I received an email telling me to contact them in a week because the investigation is not finished. I will keep you informed when I know more

As I said before, I called the delivery man again and I found a telephone platform of his delivery service.

However, at no time during the call was I notified that the call may have been recorded. Could it have been recorded without my knowledge by the delivery service (since it is not his personbnal but probably his company's phone?)?

And if this is the case, since I was recorded without my knowledge, this is not a valid evidence, is it?
