Hello @mothered. I will need your advice again because tommorow il will call them to have some news on the investigation. I firstly told to the rep that I was not at home when the delivery man came by (as a reminder I had to pick up the phone when he called and I told him I was waiting in front of my building). So I have several questions:

1. In the unlikely event that the delivery man recorded the call he had with me, and in order to cover myself as much as possible, should I stick to my initial version and say that I was not there or should I say that I was waiting for him at the bottom of my building but that he never came?

2.I don't know if the rep wrote the fact I told her that I wasnt at my home during the delivery in my file because she seemed to be in a hurry and sent me the affidavit directly.
At a preliminary stage where the rep does not ask me for any details and simply sends me the declaration of honour, does the rep note everything I can say in my file?

3. According to your experience and what you red on the forum, at which frequency do you think delivery people record their calls? 5-15% or even less?
