How long after claiming that my order DNA should I contact them to claim a PEB? I was rejected heavily after claiming my order DNA and I think the next best option to use is PEB. ANy suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What caused your claim to be rejected? Be confident like any legitimate customer- why not stick to your story?

I kept pushing for it but the worker just kept saying that there was nothing they could do as the transaction was now in the carriers hand and not theirs.
