DNA/PEB? #1
Hi. I was planning on SE'ing two items bought from Stussy. I was thinking in three options: faulty and disposed item, DNA or PEB. Their TOS states:

Title in the Products will pass to you on the later of:-

the date on which we receive payment in full for such Products; and
the date and time of collection of such Products by the Delivery Service on your behalf for delivery to the address you provided.
Once a Product has been collected by the Delivery Service on your behalf, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Product shall pass to you.

So I'm guessing DNA could work.

The weight of the parcel itself is 0,4kg so I'm not sure partial would work.

What would be my best option?

DNA first, if it doesn't work you can always kick the box around and say it arrived damaged a few days later and PEB 1 item. Deposing of a faulty item is not realistic, most people will try to return it or take a picture of it or smith before disposing.

The forum is going downhill.

I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day. I have no incentive to contribute publicly and reward the undeserving. If you feel the same and would like to discuss privately, please reach out.

Thanks. If I understand correctly, they do take responsibility of lost packages?

Depends con company and carrier policy. You will need to figure that one out.
