DNA Nintendo Switch Investigation #1
So I DNA'ed two Nintendo Switches, good account standing with prime for 3 years with many purchases, done this once before on amazon with beats X last year, Now they are saying that they will do an investigation quoting, "The team will conduct the report with the local cops and carrier and find out what happened to your order". Has anyone else had this issue and been fine? The package was signed, also if I use the switch in between will amazon know?

File a Police Report (Can do online in 2019) & either screenshot it or print it out. They'll probably ask you to file one and present it to them.

Amazon is a retailer, they do not keep track of people using Switches however I believe they do with Cellphones & Laptops, mainly Apple products.
Detach from your emotions & see the whole picture.

Okay so I'll file one today and get back to them in 3 days and if they ask me to file one do I present that same one to amazon? Thank you!

I assume you used a fake signature?

An Investigation Is company protocol to move forward with your claim.

The majority have a successful outcome In favor of the SE'er.

That's good to read.

Your next course of action (If any), will be based on their response.

Two in one order? Well I can see why they'd investigate! If you used a fake signature you should be fine though.

Try a "Triple Dip".

It takes a very high degree of skill set.

No chance. I'll stick to doing singular orders :p

Definitely.

There's a high risk of failure with triple dipping, even for some advanced SE'rs.
