How can I do DNA a company when they use DPD as their courier and DPD uses OTP on delivery ?

(Spoken from a current DPD delivery driver btw)
So DNA is never a good way to go for DPD possibly look at alternatives if the item is feasible for other methods.

I have been trying to have that information verified for a while now - if the driver has to cover the cost of lost parcels out of pocket. Thank you for clarifying

Do you mean that the price of the item is taken out of the driver's pocket or only the delivery pay rate for the day or delivery in itself?

Depending on the company you target liability the cost can depend some companies carry 0 liability and drivers would be asked to pay the full amount some companies may offer 50% liability so the driver would have to pay only 50% of the value of the item.

Ahh!! Makes sense. Do you know what the rate of liability is for DPD drivers?
