How are packages received and accepted by each person?

Does the driver buzz the apartment number at the front gate to allow access? Are packages dropped off at reception? Or otherwise?

or is WIR the better option in this particular case.

Packages are either left in a parcel locker or with a receptionist at the office who I can then ask to go to a back room and get my package. I think I could just ask one to sign for it when the 4080 comes and keep it in the back room for me. Parcel locker can be avoided that way.
