DNA 2 packages at once? #1
Hey everyone. If I have two shipments coming in at the same time from the same place I can DNA them both right? Just want to make sure. It’s H&M.

If the driver drops off both consignments together, then yes, you can DNA each one.

Essentially, you're hitting a single DNA on two packages.

Let’s say one comes Saturday and one comes Sunday. Can I claim DNA saying I was out of town and came home to no packages?

Will a signature be required on delivery, or will the packages be left at the doorstep?

Left at door step. Just trying to find a way around it since they are splitting my order up.

Then that's fine.

You'd contact them saying you've arrived back from work commitments (or otherwise), and you're still waiting for your packages to arrive.

So annoying that they split it up. Ones coming on a Saturday and another on Tuesday so idk how I’ll work that unless I just states still I was out of town and got back to my packages being gone. We will see

That's what I've suggested In my previous post - to say that you were away from home and on your return, you're (apparently) waiting for the packages to arrive.

Don't mention they're gone, you're not supposed to know that they've been successfully delivered. Why not SE only the one package, namely the most expensive or preferred Item?

They split it half and half so there’s no cheaper one

Understood.

You can obviously SE only the one package that contains your preferred Item(s), or as discussed, hit both.
