FR; DELL SCREEN WORTH 500~$

I'm thinking about hitting DELL warranty SE, not sure about how can I proceed, maybe use FTID/LIT method instead of sending back my screen ?
I've seen people hitting them with fake info's (drop, fake name etc)
Not sure about fake Info because I've never done se this way, and not sure if it works well in France !

If I use fake info, I'm thinking about using an addy not far from where I live because if they can't alert me during the delivery I'm just going to miss the delivery.

They were easier in the past but have gotten tougher in last couple years. Perhaps a lower value could work if you keep escalating.

Scratch that, I forgot in some cases they send replacement before you have to send in yours, if that is the case you should be good. It wasn't the case for what I did.

For Laptops I been reading they send a technician
Happened to a friend with a legit laptop
