What Curry's didn't question anything and they are arranging for the box to be collected so you can get a refund? No investigation? Did you use a guest account/fresh account/ or an account with purchase history?
Sounds like you're in the clear to me!

Yeah I've ordered a few items before spread over a few years. Usually white goods (tumble dryer, freezer)
Nah didn't ask any questions
Just went on chat and said the watch wasn't in the box. Didn't question me at all, seemed too simple

Got my refund email today. All went pretty straightforward. I got the 48gram Samsung watch 4
