[mothered]

Just received my curry’s parcel, and it came in plastic film

Were the AirPods physically packed and shipped In the plastic film?

Yes, No other packaging

---

can I still state that the box came and the physical air pods did not

No.

They're well aware of how the goods were picked, packed and dispatched.

What would you suggest as the appropriate next method?

You can box the return.
