^ Tell them you've contacted your credit card provider, and they're requesting evidence of the above findings - specifically the condition of the package on arrival to your address.

Try to prevent using chargebacks, especially for "low value" orders like these. Could work in your favor when you try to SE a laptop for example.

I know this does not help answering your question but it could help when doing different SEs in the future.
