Crypto-currency Discussion Section 05-18-2017, 02:23 PM

I'm not quite sure if this has been suggested before, if there is any sub-forum which tops related to this area are posted.
But with the great increase of popularity in all/any crypto-currencies this could be a great opportunity to have Sinister members discussion, share & talk about their opinions/strategies.
Not going to explain the great deal of benefits that come along with a sub-forum, as you can see the popularity on similar forums, just a friendly sub-forum suggestion.
Thousands of crypto-currencies to talk about, and their discussion activity at this point can only increase to those who are interested in the market.

I think a good place to discuss the various information on crypto-currencies is a good idea, maybe posted under Technology or Market.
There are alot of various currencies, miners, APIs and even tech, it is an ever evolving subject.

Im still getting the basics down ... you use your gpu and or gpu and cpu... to make transfers, or process what ... exactly? and i get that you are rewarded by a digital bit, a value of some kind of monetary value. and now that the shit is worth more than half the value per oz of gold.... and as the $ crashes, its a good idea to invest.
Thing is this is catching on and people are making huge facilities with ten thousand gpus... for one in Iceland.... I wish I had a rig set up right now. but is it really to late to get involved and started? Should I really even worry about it?

If you had invested 10k in 2015 you would have well over 100m today, that is an amazing investment and thats after the bitcoin market has crashed multiple times. ATM 1 Bitcoin equals 1990.95 US Dollar so yeah crypto-curriences aren't going anywhere.

I think this is actually a good idea. Cryptocurrency will only gain more popularity in my opinion. I think it'd be nice to have a seperate section for all bitcoin/altcoin talk. There's a lot to talk about; investements made, strategy discussing, maybe even tools or something.
~~ Might be back? ~~
