Okay I'll give you a simple hint and you do it yourself, else I'm ruining your programming skills.

The following code makes folders in this fashion:
1>2>3>4>5>6>7>8>9

Code:

SET /a i=0 :loop IF %i%==9 GOTO END SET /a i=%i%+1 md %i% cd %i% GOTO LOOP :end

Now, all you need to do is to use one more for loop to create folders 1 to 10 for each of the folders.

Is there any "for i = 1 to 9 do..." code in cmd? If not, I want to know if cmd can move from a folder, for example "C:\a\b" to "C:\a"
