Does the driver get in trouble based on a DNA if they say they have delivered the parcel? But for example haven't taken a signature or photograph etc it's just word vs word. I wouldn't like to hear of anybody getting grief or facing action due to an investigation.

I’ve recently learnt that they do and they do get questioned. One driver did tell me ‘I’ll loose my job’ before delivering to me for the 5th time
