Costco failed so they won't give label because of dna. I have to return in store for refund. I don't want to do that. Any other way to get a label from them?

Although somewhat unbelievable, I would say that the item was delivered to you by a neighbour after realising they accepted the wrong delivery. If you're outside your returns window then perhaps try in-store, all you need is some confidence as to why you're in the right.
