i managed to get an h100i rgb platinum without sending anything or even sending a tracking number.... the thing is is that it took like 3 months of being persistent

I've yet to experience an SE taking over one month to finalize, let alone 3 months.

For Informative purposes, what ultimately led to the successful outcome?

honestly no idea, i kinda gave up and out of nowhere they emailed me saying a replacement was shipped.
