Hello everyone, I would like to SE converse soon for a pair of shoes. I know they are responsible for lost shipments. Are there any of you social engineers with any experience with them?

I did DNA in September, the investigation ended with a form to complete and send along an ID document to Converse support. Took about 1 week to process the refund.
