Respectfully speaking, I don't believe anyone's going to do the work for you In It's entirety.
Each company has It's own terms that differentiate to some degree. You must "prepare" your SE by researching the given company, read their terms, see what questions are raised and how they're expected to be answered, what their return/refund policy Is, the credentials required for a successful SE, Identify If they have a "standard" policy In terms of replacing/obtaining an Item and whether such a policy Is part of company protocol, and the list goes on.
By preparing your attack as mentioned above, you will have a better understanding on how a company operates, hence your chances of a successful SE, significantly Increases.
