I DNA’d competitive cyclist for some random bike parts.

I talked to the rep on chat and the first time, he said said that he needed his manager to take care of my situation, but turns out since they had a photo of my package being delivered, they couldn’t do anything. I waited a bit and then contacted another rep who fortunately gave me a refund.

The forum is going downhill.
I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day.
