I sometimes take icy showers to cool my body down to help me sleep when it's hot out, but that's about it.

Cold showers help you on many things also improve many things on your organism, I feel tired to say all the time about the massive IMMUNITY SYSTEM improvements that it causes you after long time doing it...after some years it will be like an UPDATED IMMUNITY SYSTEM!!
