Of late I was advised to avoid it completely as it was hampering my sleep pattern which was probably due to the caffeine content in the coffee.  So reluctantly I am forced to keep away from my favourite drink.
It can be rather difficult to completely stop what you love and enjoy.

Coffee has never had an Impact on my ability to fall and stay asleep. Unfortunately, there are other factors that keep me awake.

I fully understand your position.

It's difficult going to work and focusing on the job with very little to no sleep.

Boy are you preaching, cause coffee can be the difference between me being able to do an entire shift vs. falling asleep midway through and losing my job.

The effects of coffee Is obviously not the same for every Individual. Some have Insomnia, breathing difficulties or perhaps arrhythmia, while others experience nothing of the sort.

If coffee gets you through an entire shift without sleep, then that's fantastic. Unfortunately and evidently, It's not the case for everyone, myself Included.

Coffee is something I had to grow accustomed to due to years of living in NYC. I started drinking coffee when I was like 9. My girlfriend experiences mild arrhythmia when she drinks it.

I'm very similar to yourself, whereby I really enjoy my coffee but I make sure to take It In moderation.

How many cups a day does your girlfriend drink?
