Hey guys! Im a Seing a Coat for me. Price around 450eur. I am doing the DNA and i think it Will work. The delivery guys just called me and told me they are outside my apartment. I wasent home so i told my brother to go down and take it and they just gave it to him. No sign or anything. And if i check the ”tracing” it sais it has been delivered to the adressed buyer witch is me but i havent sign or ”got” anything.

However i have contaced the store and they told me to contact delivery partner and i Said i did it but that they told me to talk with the store again. So the last email i sent was like ”This is crazy How Can i as the customers have to contact and investitigate your misstakes and so on”. I asked for a sign that shows i have signed and they couldent provide it. Now the store emails me and say ”hi, we have isssus with people trying to fool us so please provide and evidence that you didnt recive it” hhaha Im just thinking of Ways to respond and Fkn wreck them. Or Should i just contact the invoice company and let them deal with it Cuz they are middelman. Ye i paid with invoice so i havent paid a dime yet. Give me tips pliz and i Will see what they say!

Thanks in advance!

In thinking of just saying ”This is crazy, i have to investigate my own order. How Can you treat your customers this way. Eithery you remove the invoice or i Will contact the invoice company and they Will do. I think maybe they Will get scared and remove it Cuz it dosent look good for them. And they way they answer is like a 12 year old is writing. Like really poor language. What do you guys think

Perfect DNA material- anyone could've collected the package, Inclusive of the local fruit shop owner (so to speak).

Nonsense.

You've purchased the Item from them, not the carrier, hence they're obligated to Investigate the matter.

Ye i Will tell them they have to investigate this and that it is very offensive that they tell me tp provide evidence for something they did. Anything else i Should include in the email?

Good move.

Also tell them that It's "their carrier" who services their deliveries and not one that you personally nominated, thus all In all, It's their responsibility to Investigate and correct your claim.

You're most welcome.

Be adamant and don't allow them to pass "their job" onto you.

This is what i answerd ”Hey! Now I'm starting to get tired of you not taking responsibility or respecting me as a customer. It is you who are responsible for investigating what happened and not me as a customer. As a customer, I pay expensive money to get a product and it has not appeared, and instead of helping me or apologizing, you hand over your responsibility to me. I have ordered the product from you and not from your delivery partner, so even asking me as a customer to provide proof or run your case is quite cheeky. I apologize for my tone but I'm getting tired of this. I want you to come up with a solution to this as soon as possible! Thanks in advance!”

Lets wait for respons

That Is a fabulous reply.

You put all the responsibility on them (and rightly so) In a firm, yet polite manner which Is a very effective approach.

Ye they asked me to File a police report and to open a case with the delivery company! Again handling it over to the delivery company. What Should be my next Move? They say its been delivered to my brother and they gave me hos full name, but no sign or proof of it? I think the driver just wrote down the name of my brother or the website just searched for his name to make it look good. I spoke with my bro and he is sure he didnt sign anything.
