What are you planning to SE?
Can you EB jackets or shoes from there? Im using the uk one btw

strictly from personal experience, zalando was very lacks on my orders and offered refunds quite quickly. i did use acc´s with an order prior tho, worst case scenario they have very good refund policy
Zalando required ID for me when i did peb

It's a commonality for them to ask for ID, even with the DNA.

Ask them to justify why your ID Is required to move forward with their assessment for missing goods.

Their response must comply with their terms/company policy - which they'd need to clearly demonstrate that It does.

It's obviously what they'd tell you but the question Is, Is It a requirement that's stated In their terms/policy?

If not, they shouldn't be requesting It.

If there's no suspicion with your claim, you won't have any Issues.

I'm not doubting It, but It needs to be stated In their terms/policy and not based on one's discretion.
