Clothes Damage Method Help #1
Hey guys,

Need advice here. I am trying to claim damage on a dress with photoshoping a stain but CS still wants the item back. Any way I can get around returning the item at this point?

Thank you

Who's the company, and what did your SE Involve to reach the point of Photoshopping an Image?

Also, what's the precise weight of the Item?

Hey @mothered, thanks for replying.

It's called For Love & Lemons (high end clothes) and I heard in the Tumblr community that this store works for damage claims. I went the route of a smelly oil stain and claimed that I got rid of the item due to health reasons. I haven't heard back yet but I don't know if this will work.

The item weight has to be about 120g ...

Any advice on clothing damage claims for future reference? I don't want to risk always doing DNA and I've heard PEB doesn't work here.

Did they not respond at all when told of the event above?

The weight Is within the limit of the boxing method, without the need to substitute the Item with (for example) dry Ice. As such, you can box them If they request the return.

Prior to making a decision on that, what's the Item description?

Why do you believe that to be the case?
